BAKING AND FUNCTIONAL ADDITIVES, ICER - DEFERRED BAKING

Products prepared with a view to improving technological processes in bakery and confectionery plants. Thanks to the use of baking additives, we have an impact on the final product and its appearance, freshness and production stability. Depending on the needs, we offer additives in dosages from 0.1% to 10%. The group of functional additives includes high-quality baking sourdough in powdered, darkening agents and anti-mold agent.

Products manufactured with the use of deferred baking technology are characterized by a better aroma, crunchy crust, more delicate taste, lower share of yeast and a longer period of freshness, and most importantly, these products are safe for health.
